Aust Wide Tax & Payroll (Aerotell Pty Limited, ABN 16 071 638 241) | Effective date: 8 September 2026
All training manuals, presentation slides, payroll and tax calculators and spreadsheets, recorded webinars, the Payroll Knowledge Series modules, templates, checklists, help desk guidance notes, and other materials produced or supplied by Aust Wide Tax & Payroll (together, the 'Materials') are original works protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and, where applicable, the copyright laws of other countries. Copyright in the Materials is owned by Aerotell Pty Limited, ABN 16 071 638 241, trading as Aust Wide Tax & Payroll ('we', 'us', 'our'), or is used by us under licence, except where otherwise stated. Copyright arises automatically under Australian law and does not depend on registration or the use of the © symbol, although we use that symbol on our Materials as a reminder of our rights.
This policy applies to all Materials we provide to you, whether in printed, electronic (including PDF, Word, Excel or similar file formats), video, audio, or online form, and whether provided as part of a training course, webinar, help desk subscription, or otherwise. It applies whether you attended a course in person, online, or received the Materials without attending (for example, as part of a package that includes a manual or calculator).
Our training courses, help desk access, and other subscriptions are sold on a one user per subscription basis. When you purchase or register for training, help desk access, or Materials, we grant you personally a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for your own professional reference and internal use only. This licence is personal to you and does not extend to any other person, including colleagues or other staff within your organisation, even where your employer has paid for your subscription. If a business or organisation wants access for more than one staff member, each staff member needs their own separate subscription. This licence does not transfer ownership of the Materials to you, and does not give you any right to use the Materials beyond what is described in this policy.
Unless we have given you specific written permission, you must not:

This material is generally reproduced under the Australian Government's standard licensing terms (typically a Creative Commons Attribution licence) and remains subject to the terms on which it was originally published, in addition to our own rights in the Materials as a whole. Nothing in this policy is intended to claim ownership of material we do not own.
'Aust Wide Tax & Payroll' and any associated logos or branding are trademarks or branding of Aerotell Pty Limited. This policy addresses copyright in the Materials; separate permission is required to use our name, logo or branding for any purpose.
Unauthorised copying, distribution or use of the Materials is a breach of this policy and may infringe our copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), which can carry both civil remedies (such as damages or an injunction) and, in serious cases, criminal penalties. Where a business or individual has purchased access to the Materials, we may also suspend or terminate that access if this policy is breached. We take unauthorised use of our Materials seriously, given the time and expertise invested in developing them, and reserve the right to take action to protect our rights.
